Common questions about packages and pricing
How is package pricing calculated?
Guide pricing is per adult and updates when you change wedding year, month, day type (mid-week vs Friday to Sunday), and guest count in the planner. Each tier has a base per-person rate, with day-type adjustments shown before you enquire.
What is included in the per-person price?
Classic, Luxe, and Signature bundle venue hire (when minimum guests are met), in-house catering, beverage service, coordinator support, and tier-specific styling inclusions. Compare tiers on this page or open the full comparison table for a side-by-side view.
Do prices change by wedding year?
Yes. Select your wedding year in the planner to see guide rates for that calendar year. Optional upgrades such as chapel ceremony or guest house also carry year-specific pricing.
Is there a minimum guest count?
Standard packages are designed for 70 mid-week and 80 weekend adult guests (up to 150+ depending on layout). Micro weddings (up to 40 guests, Monday to Wednesday) follow separate pricing on our micro weddings page.
Can I customise any package?
Yes. Use the optional upgrades to personalise your day, and our team can guide you through what is common for your guest count and season.
Can I swap inclusions?
Our tiers are designed around clear inclusions so you can compare easily. If you have a specific request, share it with the team when you enquire and we will talk through options.
Are children charged differently?
Guide pricing shown here is per adult. If you are planning a mix of adults and children, our team can help with a tailored estimate.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes. Every tier includes BYO cake service, with Luxe and Signature adding dessert table options.
Is the chapel available with every package?
Signature includes the chapel ceremony. Classic and Luxe can add the chapel as an upgrade.
When is my final price confirmed?
Figures on this page are guide pricing to help you shortlist. Your coordinator confirms the final quote after your site visit, based on your date, guest count, tier, and selected upgrades.
Can I save or share my estimate?

My partner and I were recently married in the newly built chapel. The venue was absolutely breath taking. So many of our guests were in awe of the picture perfect location and the food was absolutely delicious. Best food I've ever eaten at a wedding. Sue made sure our day went perfectly and was able to pull off the wedding of our dreams. Definitely recommend the white barn 100 times over.
